At Greenlight, I led design across web and product-adjacent experiences — including a full redesign of the marketing site and the company's first logged-in web dashboard, extending the product beyond mobile for the first time. I built out a scalable design system, drove growth experimentation that lifted conversion by 16%, and worked closely with engineering to ship production-ready work. A big part of what I loved here was exploring emerging tools to make complex financial concepts feel simple and approachable.
